瑜伽社 社課須知
Class Rules
1. 社課時間為4點10分,請在上課前換好服裝並就定位,4點10分到4點20分為緩衝時間,4點20分後登記遲到,4點30分教室大門即上鎖,未進教室者不予開門,並登記為曠課。
※如有正當理由導致遲到者請務必事先告知
2. 社課前請著合身、舒適透氣、吸汗有彈性的衣服及韻律褲,若當天穿著制服者,請務必更換,並把手錶手鍊等配件拿掉、襪子脫掉以免滑倒,長髮者須綁頭髮。
3. 請務必攜帶長方形毛巾(約30~50公分)和瑜伽墊上課,依個人需求可帶礦泉水,上課時手機請轉成震動或關機。
4. 上課前後30分鐘請勿進食及大量喝水,以避免胃部不適。
5. 生理期可以正常上課,但避免激烈動作,如有不適請立即告知老師。
6. 上課前請先靜坐,集中精神放鬆心情,以避免運動傷害,勿大聲喧嘩影響他人。
7. 瑜伽四大守則: 緩慢做動作、配合呼吸做動作、意志力集中於主要部位、完成動作後保持動作靜止調息。
8. 每個人生活習慣及身體狀況不同,請勿操之過急以循序漸進方式練習,做完瑜伽後需大休息。
1. The class time begin at 4:10. Please change the costumes before the class and position them. The buffer time is 4:10 to 4:20, the registration is late after 4:20, and the classroom door is locked at 4:30. Those who have not entered the classroom will not open the door and register as absenteeism.
※If you have a valid reason, you must be informed in advance.
2. Please wear a comfortable, breathable, sweat-absorbent and rhythmic pants before the class. If you wear uniforms on the day, please be sure to replace them, remove the accessories such as the watch bracelet, and take off the socks to avoid slipping. Must tie hair.
3. Please carry a rectangular towel (about 30~50 cm) and a yoga mat. You can bring mineral water according to your needs. Please turn the phone into vibration or shut down during class.
4. Do not eat or drink plenty of water 30 minutes before and after class to avoid stomach upset.
5. The period can be allowed to take the class, but avoid intense action. If you feel unwell, please inform the teacher immediately.
6. Please sit still before class, concentrate on relaxing to avoid sports injuries, and do not loudly affect others.
7. Four rules of yoga: Slowly do the action, cooperate with the breathing to do the action, the willpower concentrates on the main part, and keeps the action static after the action is completed.
8. Everyone has different living habits and physical conditions. Don't be too hasty to practice in a step-by-step manner. After completing yoga, take a big break.
